I am in Kelowna for the Canadian National Championships. This is an ITU Premium Continental Cup where the Canadians will be duking it out for the National Title. I am Über excited. Also Über nervous. Sunday concluded my arduous week of training with a fantastic run early in the morning and a delightful bike ride with the guys in the afternoon. The weekend in Des Moines was a sweet yet sour experience.
